3 Days Queen Elizabeth Safari

Queen Elizabeth (QENP) is Uganda’s most popular and accessible national park with a geoographical area of 1,978 sq km. The park accommodates a total of 95 mammal species, the highest of any Ugandan national park. Ten primate species exist including chimpanzees, vervet, blue, red-tailed, and L’Hoest’s monkey, black-and-white colubus and olive baboon.

Over 20 predators are found in Queen Elizabeth including side-striped jackal, lions, leopards, and spotted hyena.

Other mammal species include buffaloes, hippos, elephants, various antelope species, warthogs, etc. More than 610 bird species have been recorded in QENP, possibly the highest total ever found in Uganda, if not in Africa, and a remarkable figure for a reserve that is relatively small by continental standards.
